Erin is trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Positive Psychology, Neurotherapy, and will work with you to find the approach that works best.
