Explores the impact of stress and trauma on individuals, teams, and organisations including hyperarousal (heightened, angry, anxious) and hypoarousal (shut down & withdrawn), shared group affect, difficulties with change and uncertainty. It explores the implications for team dynamics, productivity, and organisational wellbeing.
We then go on to explore ways to support staff, using trauma informed leadership to create safe and healing environments, managing change and conflict, and motivation. This workshop also explores ways to implement reflective practice, ways to hold high levels of responsibility, and how we can be the leader that we want to be.
